Youth should be encouraged in merchant shipping sector

The Sri Lankan youth should be encouraged in employment opportunities in the merchant shipping sector for which the Government is implanting a dedicated programme, Ports, Shipping and Aviation Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva said.
