President Anura Kumara Dissanayake yesterday (07) launched three major digital initiatives to accelerate Sri Lanka’s digital transformation. The projects include GovPay, a government digital payment platform, the expansion of President’s Fund services to Divisional Secretariats, and the eBMD system, enabling birth, marriage, and death certificate issuance through embassies.
