Second consignment of Urea fertiliser from India arrives

The Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Gopal Bagley officially handed over 21,000 metric tons of fertiliser to Agriculture, Wildlife and Forest Conservation Minister Mahinda Amaraweera and Ports, Shipping and Aviation Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva at the Port of Colombo this morning.
