A new three-storey multi-purpose building at the Sri Lanka Institute of Textile & Apparel (SLITA) was inaugurated yesterday, with Industry and Entrepreneurship Development Minister Sunil Handunneththi in attendance, marking a Rs. 520 million investment to boost skills development in the garment sector.
