Indian government allocates USD 61.5 million grant for port development in Sri Lanka

In a move set to bolster maritime infrastructure and strengthen bilateral ties, the Indian Government has pledged a grant of USD 61.5 million for the full-scale development of the Port of Kankesanthurai (KKS) in Sri Lanka.
