Draft of the 21A handed over to the Chief Incumbent of Amarapura Nikaya

The draft of the 21st amendment to the constitution is being handed over to the Chief Incumbent of Amarapura  Nikaya,Ven. Dodampahala Sri Chandrasiri Thera by the Justice, Prison Affairs and Constitutional Reforms Minister Dr. Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe this morning.
