CAA Inspects Sugar and Rice Wholesale Dealers

Consumer Affairs Authority Deputy Director of the Western Province,Abdul Azees Jawzar and other officials today inspected the sugar and rice wholesalers and retailers at 5th Cross Street, Pettah, to see if the goods were being sold at government controlled prices.

During the inspection CAA officials found out that some wholesalers keeping their stocks without selling claiming they bought it for higher prices and they are going to return it. (Tagline)
