Participating in the Air Force cadets and other officers Passing Out Parade at the Trincomalee Air Force Base today, President Ranil Wickremesinghe said a change of government can only be brought about through a parliamentary election chosen by the people and not through street protests, adding that the latter is not a viable option for the parliament.
