512, 000 hectares of paddy fields cultivated in the Yala season due to the govt’s new fertilizer policy

As a result of the new fertilizer policy of President Ranil Wickremesinghe, 512,000 hectares of paddy fields were cultivated in the Yala season after 10 years, Agriculture Minister Mahinda Amaraweera said.
