All in all there have been some wonderful achievements for the restaurant and the team. I look forward to many more years of plating up the best Japanese cuisine in the country.” To mark this milestone, Dharshan has created a spectacular taster menu for two aptly titled ‘Nihonbashi’s 10 Best’ priced at Rs. 10,000 nett and available from 28 June onwards for dinner only, which he introduces here.  - Pix by Daminda Harsha Perera
