LANKA IOC energises Artists’ Week

Lanka IOC PLC, in keeping with its mission to help enrich the quality of life of the community, is spearheading the Indo-Sri Lanka Artist Camp. This initiative will witness the collaboration of six well known painters from both India and Sri Lanka, namely Minal Damani, Prabhakar Kolte, Prajakta Palav, Rajan Krishnan, Tanmoy Samantha, Vanita Gupta from India and Chandragupta Thenuwara, Chathurika Jayani, Nelun Harassgama, Pradeep Talawattha, Sanjeewa, Kumara and Sujeewa Kumari from Sri Lanka and Anwesa Mahanta, an Indian Sattriya Dancer together with the Chitrasena Dance Company of Sri Lanka as part of the India-Sri Lanka Artists’ Week. Subodh Dakwale, Managing Director of Lanka IOC PLC, commenting on the initiative said that this innovative cultural initiative will further strengthen Indo-Lanka ties and provide necessary impetus to the creative community. He further said that Lanka IOC is delighted to partner this project which is a milestone in the Indo-Sri Lanka relationship.
