In commemoration of the 55th anniversary of Vietnam – Sri Lanka diplomatic relations, the Embassy of Vietnam in Colombo organises “Vietnam Film Show 2025” from 21 to 24 July.

The inauguration of the film show is scheduled to take place on Monday, 21 July, from 17.00 hrs, at the Lighthouse Auditorium of the Lakshman Kadiragamar Institute. The event will be attended by VIP invitees, including Ministers, key officials from government agencies and Head of Diplomatic Missions.

The event will also involve the presentation of awards to the final winners of the Quiz competition and Logo Design competitions on Vietnam – Sri Lanka bilateral relation, introduction to the translation of Vietnamese book “Dang Thuy Tram” by Religious and Cultural Affairs Minister Hiniduma Sunil Senevi Buddhasasana and the performance of “Vietnam – Sri Lanka song” performed by a Sri Lankan musician.
