‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem’ now screening in 13 Lankan cinemas

American computer-animated superhero film ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem’ is being screened in 13 cinemas in Sri Lanka.

They are CCC – Colombo City Centre, PVR Cinema, KCC – Kandy City Centre, Savoy Metro Gampaha, Savoy Premier Colombo, Majestic Superior Colombo, Liberty by Scope Kiribathgoda, Cinemax Ja Ela, Voxx Lite Avissawella, Regal Katubedda, Regal Gampaha, Milano Diamond Kegalle and Sky Light Malabe. 

The film is directed by Jeff Rowe, who co-wrote the screenplay with Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Dan Hernandez, and Benji Samit.

It is the seventh theatrical Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film and a reboot of the series. The film stars the voices of Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr., Nicolas Cantu, and Brady Noon as the titular team alongside a supporting ensemble voice cast that includes Hannibal Buress, Rose Byrne, John Cena, Jackie Chan, Ice Cube, Natasia Demetriou, Ayo Edebiri, Giancarlo Esposito, Post Malone, Rogen, Paul Rudd, and Maya Rudolph. In the film, after years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers. 

Their new friend, April O’Neil, helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.
