Style and cheer at ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ premiere by Scope Cinemas

Liberty Lands and Development, Lionsgate and Scope Cinemas on Thursday night staged the premiere of American neo-noir action thriller film ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ (stylised as JW4) starring Keanu Reeves at Dolby Atmos, Scope Cinemas Multiplex, at Colombo City Centre. A large number of popular personalities from the entertainment and film industries as well as businesses attended the premiere in Black Tie, in solidarity with John Wick! After a scintillating drums performance to the tune of JW4 soundtracks, invitees joined in for the premiere. Scope Cinema also had several JW4-centric selfie backdrops for movie enthusiasts.

Directed by Chad Stahelski and written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch, JW4 is the sequel to John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum (2019) and the fourth instalment in the John Wick franchise.

Cast includes Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgård, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada, Shamier Anderson, Lance Reddick (in one of his final roles), Rina Sawayama, Scott Adkins, and Ian McShane.

JW4 began screening in 25 cinemas from Friday.
