Peradeniya Alumni stages ‘Garu Katanayakathumani’ on 16 Sept.

The Alumni Association of the University of Peradeniya, Colombo Chapter, will be staging the popular drama, ‘Garu Katanayakathumani’ at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday 16 September at the New Town Hall, Colombo 7.

This drama directed by Udayasiri Wickramarathne features Nayanathara de Silva, Ishara Wickramasinghe, Thilan Warnajith, Kusal Maduranga, Mihiri Priyangani Yapa, Sanjeewa Dissanayake, Shashika Diyamantha, Malith Peiris, Susanga Kahadawalaarachchi, Sudarshana Bandara and Prabodha Buddapriya.

Tickets are available at Sarasavi Bookshop Nugegoda, Sadeepa and Samudra Bookshop Borella.

The main objective of this event is to raise funds for the various projects initiated by the Association for conducting welfare activities for the benefit of undergraduate alumni and the general public, according to the Association’s President Prityath Cabral.
