First ever Festival of Australia in Colombo tomorrow

The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), Australian Government, on 29 June will hold the third phase of ‘Festival of Australia,’ a first-of-its-kind multi-city showcase celebrating Australia’s world-class education and premium food and beverage products.

The Colombo showcase will provide an opportunity for students and parents to engage directly with the representatives of Australian universities to explore educational programs designed to support their academic and career aspirations.

The Festival will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Lumina Ballroom – Cinnamon Life, Colombo.

Key highlights of the event include direct engagement for students with representatives of Australian universities, Study Australia information sessions and alumni panel, showcase of Australian Premium F&B products, sampling stations with food made from Australian produce and ingredients, as well as the announcement of the winners of the Study Australia Entrepreneurship Challenge 2025 for Sri Lanka.
