Owner of the commercial agency ‘Number Wine’ and restaurants ‘Pascade’ – in Paris & ‘Régalade’ by the Louvres Museum, at the age of 42 Sebastien Pradal is one of the youngest master sommelier in the world. Having won the best French Sommelier trophy in 1997 he is known to be one of the best wine specialists in Paris. A strong believer of conservation Sebastien actively promotes the organic and biodynamic wine production process. The Wine Tasting with a collection of a variety of wines was graced by Minister of Tourism Development and Christian Religious Affairs John Amarathunge, Minister for Special Assignments Sarath Amunugama and a selected few corporate leaders and industry members.
