William Angliss Institute @ SLIIT holds 9th graduation with 160 graduates

The William Angliss Institute @ SLIIT proudly held its ninth graduation in style in the Ballroom, Shangri-La – Colombo, with a staggering number of 500 guests on 2 April.

Board Members from the William Angliss Institute, Australia, the Chairman and Board Members here in Sri Lanka and distinguished VIP industry guests witnessed the success of the graduating students supported by their families and friends. 

The ceremony also featured a collection of Sri Lanka’s most recognised and notable brands and representatives in the tourism and hospitality sector. 

160 students graduated from all five streams of the William Angliss Institute @ SLIIT’s curriculum, showcasing them and their Special Awardees from the five streams of Hospitality Management, Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, Event Management, and Travel & Tourism.

The graduation ceremony concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by the Most Outstanding Students from the batches of Hospitality Management, Event Management, and Travel & Tourism. The students bid each and all a fond farewell to their time at the Institute and looked on optimistically at their future in the tourism and hospitality industry.
