Webb Ellis Trophy revealed to Seylan Red and Seylan Premier Cardholders

Seylan Bank hosted an event for the Seylan Red and Seylan Premier Credit Card customers offering an opportunity to view the prestigious Webb Ellis Trophy, which is currently in Sri Lanka. Guests were able to take photographs of and with the trophy at this exclusive event, held on 21 Wednesday at Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel. It is a rare opportunity for rugby lovers of Sri Lanka to witness the trophy up close. Several Sri Lankan sports personalities were also present at the event. Brought down on a special tour to Sri Lanka by Mastercard, the Webb Ellis cup is one of the most recognised trophies in global sports, with the winning teams being awarded the historic trophy, once every four years, since its introduction at the Rugby World Cup in 1987.
