PRINCE SUNCITY – Sri Lanka Charity at Nelum Pokuna

The President of the Prince Suncity Group International Dato Sri Dr. Peter Ong (currently known as Prince Suncity) was born to a Malaysian business family; Dr. Peter Ong is into international real estate and wealth creations business ventures spread all around the globe. The philanthropist Prince has visited Sri Lanka on several occasions and specially arrived in Sri Lanka on 15 October 2015 for a humanitarian donations program. The event was held at the Kottawa Welipotha Sri Sathbudhu Maha Viharaya with the blessings of Minister Duminda Dissanayake. Prince and his delegation were kind enough to donate school items worth of Rs. 15,000 for 1,500 students and Rs. 7,000 worth of dry rations to 2,000 needy families. In order to deliver their gratitude towards Sri Lanka and for the needy school children, Prince and his delegation organised a donation program at the Nelum Pokuna on 23 July 2018, in collaboration of Executive Protection Solutions Asia Ltd. (EPSA). This event was participated in by Jeff Goonewardena (Consul General/Director Airport and Aviation Sri Lanka, the Senior Advisor (EPSA) Lalith Abeygunawardane, Consultant (EPSA) and other dignitaries were present in  the donation program for needy schoolchildren from all parts of the island. Prince was kind enough to offer school items worth Rs. 8,000 to each student who participated on this occasion. The program and event were organised with the blessings of Chief incumbent of the Gangaramaya Temple and the representation of few Ministers of Parliament and the facility and travel management was provided by Oneworld Leisure Management Ltd., Colombo.
