Vallibel Finance Plc’s Rs. 500 million listed debenture issue has been oversubscribed on its official opening day itself which was yesterday. The company issued 2.5 million unsecured, subordinated, redeemable debentures at Rs. 100 each with an option to issue a further 2.5 million debentures in the event of the initial figure is oversubscribed.
