Union Bank to buy control of The Finance and Guarantee for Rs. 600 m

Union Bank said yesterday that it will acquire controlling interest in The Finance and Guarantee Ltd., for Rs. 600 million.

It said necessary approval for the acquisition has been obtained from the Central Bank.

TF&G is a registered finance company originally set up by the Ceylinco Group.
