Union Bank IPO allotment

Union Bank of Colombo (UBC) yesterday announced the Basis of Allotment for its record breaking Initial Public Offering, which was oversubscribed by approximately 345 times.

For all Other Investors (those excluding employees and customers of UBC):

Applications up to and inclusive of 5,000 shares: 100 shares

Applications over 5,000 shares: 200 shares + 0.11% of the shares applied over and above 5,000 shares rounded to the nearest 100 shares.
