Two IPOs on simultaneously

For the first time in the history of capital markets, two Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) are on for public subscription from this week.

The two are Rs. 532 million worth IPO of Vallibel One Ltd., and Rs. 250 million issue of Browns Investments Ltd.

Vallibel IPO has been available for subscription since 9 June whilst its official opening is 21 June. Browns Investments became available for subscription from yesterday whilst its official opening is 23 June.

Vallibel One’s offer is 21,311,870 Ordinary Voting Shares at Rs. 25 each and Browns Investments offer 50 million shares at Rs. 5 each.
