Ship insurance claim against Asian Alliance postponed

The case filed by Vallibel Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., the owners of ship ‘Baduluu Valley’ that sank in Bangladesh in August 2008, against Asian Alliance Plc was taken up for trial at the Colombo Commercial Court on Friday and was postponed with next date of hearing fixed on 19 June 2012.

Vallibel Lanka had filed the case under the Hull and Machinery Insurance Policy obtained from Asian Alliance.
