Serene Pavilions dispute cases moved to new Court

Two cases involving the dispute of ownership of Serene Pavilions in Wadduwa has been moved to Court No. 3 of the Commercial High Court from Court No. 1. This is following the Judge of Court 1 Judge M.C.B.S. Morais declining to hear the cases. The cases are to come up again on 11 December at Court No. 3, presided over by Judge Gamini Amerasekara.
