Rs. 300 m IPO from Lucky Lanka Milk

Lucky Lanka Milk Processing Company Ltd. will come up with an Initial Public Offering of Rs. 300 million next month. The Colombo Stock Exchange said yesterday it has approved in principle an application for listing of ordinary and non-voting shares of Lucky Lanka Milk on the Diri Savi Board. The company will offer 38 million voting shares at Rs. 6 each (Rs. 228 million) and 24 million non-voting shares at Rs. 3 each (Rs. 72 million). The official opening of the IPO is 7 July whilst the public can begin subscribing from 26 June. Managers and registrars to the issue is Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka.
