Richard Pieris goes for Rs. 3.5 b debenture

Richard Pieris & Company (RICH) yesterday announced plans to raise Rs. 3.5 billion via a listed debenture issue. The company said it plans to issue 30 million rated, unsecured, redeemable debentures (with the option of increasing the issue size up to 35 million rated, unsecured, redeemable debentures with a total value of Rs.3.5 billion. An application to this effect has been made by the company to the CSE.
