Renuka Agri ups investment in Richlife to Rs. 855 m

Renuka Agri Foods has invested a further Rs. 100 million in Richlife Dairies Ltd.

The move was part of acquiring 4.87 million shares in Richlife, thereby making it a fully-owned subsidiary of Renuka Agri Foods.

In April last year, Renuka Agri invested Rs. 250 million in Richlife by way of cumulative, convertible and redeemable debentures.

Richlife manufacturers a range of milk products under the brand Richlife and a range of fruit products under the Cheers brand.
