Re-introductions bring Alliance Finance debt

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved in principle an application submitted by Allliance Finance Company (ALLI) for the listing of 10 million debentures on the debt securities main board of the CSE by way of an introduction. This is the first introduction after the Securities and Exchange Commission re-allowed this window of listing on the CSE on 11 October. The last listing of debt instrument via introduction was in 2011. In mid-October, Alliance Finance listed four types of rated debentures with a cumulative value of Rs. 1.05 billion.
