PCHH to rebrand as Adam Capital Plc

Consequent to the takeover of PCH Holdings Plc by Adam Investments Plc, the new Board of Directors has resolved to change the name of the company from PCH Holdings Plc to Adam Capital Plc as the company is now a part of the ‘Adam Investment Group of Companies’. The Registrar of Companies, through a letter dated 25 February 2015 has accordingly granted approval for the name change of PCH Holdings Plc to Adam Capital Plc., Furthermore, the Board of Directors resolved that it was necessary to provide for an increase in the Directorate of the company by amending the Articles of Association to have the maximum number of Directors increased from seven to ten. This will enable the company to have diversity on the Board by bringing in professionals with various skills. Accordingly, at an EGM scheduled for 31 March, the Directors are seeking the approval of shareholders to proceed with the name change to Adam Capital Plc and to amend the Articles of Association by increasing the number of Directors to 10.
