Orix Finance Rs. 5 b debenture up for subscription from Wednesday

The Rs. 5 billion listed debenture of Lanka Orix Finance Plc will be up for public subscription from Wednesday. The company is issuing 50 million rated unsecured subordinated redeemable debentures at Rs. 100 each. Its official opening is 19 January. The Colombo Stock Exchange has approved in principle an application by the company to list the debt securities. Managers to the issue are Agora Securities Ltd.
