November 3 opening for People’s Leasing’s mega IPO

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved the Initial Public Offering of People’s Leasing Company Ltd., which will officially open on 3 November.

The IPO will be for 390 million shares at Rs. 18 each. The value of Rs. 7.02 billion makes People’s Leasing IPO the biggest since Dialog in 2005.

Joint financial advisors and managers to the offer is NDB Investment Bank Ltd. and Capital Alliance Holdings Ltd. Registrars to the offer is SSP Corporate Services Ltd.
