Minister Amunugama off to ADB Annual Meeting

Senior Minister of International Monetary Cooperation and Deputy Minister of Finance and Planning Dr. Sarath Amunugama will leave the island today (30) to Astana, Kazakhstan, to attend the 47th Annual Meeting of the Asian Development Bank.

Dr. Amunugama will represent the Government of Sri Lanka. This meeting will be held from 2 to 5 May. Dr. Amunugama is expected to return to the island on 6 May. He is also expected to meet several finance ministers of some countries to have bilateral discussions.
