KPMG doing due diligence on Indra Finance

KPMG Sri Lanka has been entrusted the due diligence exercise on Indra Finance by Commercial Bank. The bank on Wednesday announced plans to fully acquire Indra Finance for Rs. 870 million subject to regulatory approvals and Commercial being satisfied of the financial of Indra Finance.
