JKH Rights-Warrants issue snapped up

John Keells Holdings said yesterday its Rights Issue of 131,987,983 shares at a price of Rs. 175 per share with attached warrants which closed yesterday at 4:30 p.m. is substantially oversubscribed. Applications are currently being processed and a final figure will be announced in due course, JKH added.
