Institute of Real Estate and Valuation incorporated

The Government this week decided to incorporate the Institute of Real Estate and Valuation by an Act of Parliament. The institute was set up in 2001 and is registered under the Companies Act.

The proposal made by Minister of Megapolis and Western Development Patali Champika Ranawaka to incorporate this institute under a Parliamentary Act to expand and develop the institute as the real estate sector expands in Sri Lanka was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
