Hikkaduwa Beach Resort to get Rs. 520 m BOC loan

Hikkaduwa Beach Resort Plc, part of Citrus Leisure Group is to get Rs. 520 million loan from the Bank of Ceylon to finance its expansion. The Company has convened an EGM on 24 December to seek shareholder approval since it is a major transaction in terms of Section 185 of the Companies Act.
