Hikkaduwa Beach Resort Ltd. (CITH) debuted on the Colombo Stock Exchange yesterday, touching a high of Rs. 29.80 before closing at Rs. 21.30, as against the IPO price of Rs. 20.
Overall, 15,251 shares changed hands via 57 trades.
CITH was the first IPO in recent months. The IPO amounted to 5.756 million shares (10% stake) at Rs. 20 each and raised Rs. 115 million.
