First Capital Holdings goes for Rs. 500 m debenture

First Capital Holdings Plc is going for a Rs. 500 million listed debenture issue. The Colombo Stock Exchange has approved in principle an application by the company to list the debt securities of First Capital Holdings. The company will issue five million rated, senior, unsecured, redeemable debentures at Rs. 100 each. The official date of opening of the subscription list of 4 March but public can subscribe from 20 February. Managers to the issue is First Capital Ltd.
