E-channelling disposes of 13.24% of Blue Diamonds

E-channelling yesterday notified the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) that it has disposed of 13.24% of its voting shares of Blue Diamonds Worldwide Jewellery Plc.

E-channelling announced that 13, 670,100 shares or a 13.24% stake of Blue Diamond was disposed of for a consideration of Rs. 133,411,557.

The sale results in a capital gain of around Rs. 62.8 million for the company, the filing at the CSE stated.
