A block of 520,966 DIMO shares that traded at Rs. 1,416 each on Tuesday is believed to be a transfer of a stake held by a Director to a private company.
The trade via a crossing happened when DIMO was trading at Rs. 1,480 level. Overall 520,966 shares of DIMO traded for Rs. 754 million, the largest on Tuesday. It closed at Rs. 1,479.80, down by Rs. 10.70.
Of the Directors, Dimo Chairman Ranjith Pandithage owns 971,798 shares or 11.17% directly (whilst his wife owns 10.4% stake), Gaganath Pandithage owns 559,670 shares or 6.43% stake and S.C. Algama owns 399,134 shares (4.59%). Other directors holding include Mohan Pandithage (2.5%), T.G.H. Peries (2.81%) and A.N. Algama (2.97%).
