The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) said yesterday it has approved, in-principle, an Application submitted by Swarnamahal Financial Services (SFL) for the listing of its Ordinary Voting Shares on the Diri Savi Board of the CSE.
A total of 25,000,007 Ordinary Voting Shares of the company will be listed by way of an introduction.
SFL is the latest finance company to seek a listing via introduction. Some of the other recent approvals include Chillaw Finance and Commercial Credit.
