The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved in principle an application submitted by Asia Siyaka Commodities Ltd for the listing of 260 million ordinary voting shares of the company on the Diri Savi Board of the CSE by way of an Introduction.
In April Royal Ceramics Plc acquired 51% stake in Asia Siyaka Commodities for Rs. 336 million.
