Court overrules Dialog objection to enjoining order

Colombo Commercial High Court Judge E.A.G.R. Amarasekera on Friday overruled the preliminary objections of Dialog Axiata Plc against the initial issuance of enjoining orders against them.

The court held that they were lawfully issued and further extended the enjoining orders already obtained by E-Channelling Plc against Dialog Axiata Plc.

Dialog obtained time to file objections. Counsel for E-Channelling Plc were Nigel Hatch Esq. P. C. with Ms. Siroshni Illangage instructed by Wijesinghe Associates. Dialog Axiata Plc was represented by A. Rodrigo instructed by FJ&G De Saram.
