The Colombo Commercial High Court yesterday issued a notice to former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, ex-SLFP General Secretary Anura Priyadarshana Yapa and five others to appear in court on 10 March 2016.
High Court Judge Shiran Gunaratne issued the notice regarding a non-payment of Rs. 142 million for the usage of Ceylon Transport Board (CTB) buses for the last presidential election campaign.
