Commercial Credit and Finance’s Rs. 500 million debenture issue has so far drawn Rs. 119 million worth of applications.
The company is issuing 2.5 million Unsecured Subordinated Redeemable Debentures at an issue price of Rs.100 each (with an option to issue further 2.5 million Debentures in the event of the initial Debentures being oversubscribed).
As of 1 February, the issue had drawn 114 applications, requesting Rs. 119 million worth of debentures.
