THE Rs. 400 million Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Central Investments and Finance Ltd., was oversubscribed and closed yesterday which was its official opening day.
The registered finance company with improved outlook and prospects offered 40 million shares at Rs. 10 each via the IPO.
