Central Finance Company Plc has signed a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement to buy a majority stake in Isuru Leasing Company Ltd., as part of the Central Bank-initiated financial sector consolidation program. Isuru is a Kandy-based relatively small finance/leasing company. Purchase price will be based on the net asset value and is subject to obtaining regulatory and corporate approvals.
