Debentures of Bank of Ceylon (BOC) will be listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) Debt Securities Main Board on Wednesday, 26 December 2012.
The listing follows the BOC successfully raising Rs. 6 billion via the issuance of five year debentures with three interest rate options.
They were fixed rate 16% payable annually, floating rate payable bi-annually and fixed rate 15.25% payable bi-annually.
It was the biggest listed debenture issue in the country.
